Tarialan is a sum (district) of Khuvsgul  province in Mongolia. Tarialan soum was established in 1931 and was formed from Namnan mountain’s khoshuu of Tsetserleg Mandal mountain province and Bulgan Khan mountain’s khoshuu from Bogd Khan Uul province.

A total area of 3,431 km² is 1,582 km², ranging from pasture and 167 km² (74% of cultivated area of Khuvsgul province). Soum population is 5,927.
