Arbulag is a sum (district) of Khuvsgul  province in Mongolia. Arbulag sum  was established in 1923, and it is formerly known as the Ahai Beis khoshuu of Zasagt Khan province.  3951 people live in 1151 households. Total area of 35292 ha.

It borders Tsagaan-Uul, Bayanzurkh, Alag-Erdene, Murun and Burentogtokh soums. The soum has a continental climate that combines multiple geographical features.

Many of the monuments and natural wonders of ancient history are possible, with the development of tourism and transportation. The average temperature in July is winter-cold, harsh winter -25C, and July average temperature +15C.
