Tes is a sum of Zavkhan Province in western Mongolia. In 1959, it was founded on Tesei fodder farm in Bayan-Uul sum.

Bayanhongor, Bayankhairkhan of Zavkhan aimag, Zuunkhangai of Uvs aimag and Tuva of Russia. There are mountains in the north of Zavkhan Aimag and the Khangai Nuruu Range. The total area is 87229 hectares, the soum center is Zor, 1195 km from Ulaanbaatar and 301 km from the aimag center. 3386 people and 49.2 thousand livestock.

Sum territory is continental with extreme continental climate, average temperature is 23-32 degrees Celsius in summer and 35-42 degrees Celsius in winter.
