Otgon is a sum of Zavkhan Province in western Mongolia. It was founded in 1924 by Buyant, Naran and Bayanzurian banners of the Khoshuu khudag khoshuu of Good Noyon Khan Province and was named "Otgon" in 1930. Currently, there are 2860 people. 781 households. There are 134800 heads of livestock.
