Noyon is a sum (district) of Umnugovi Province in southern Mongolia. The soum was established in 1923 and is one of the first soums in the aimag. It is 800 km from Ulaanbaatar and 216 km from Dalanzadgad. The border is bordered by Gurvantes sum of the province, Sevrei soum to the north, Bayandalai sum to the east, and China to the south.

 The area is 1055 square kilometers with beautiful mountain ranges, rivers and gobi combined. In most parts of the country, plants in Mongolia are grown on soils, rare plants such as sugar, camel and cysts.
