Shinejinst  is a sum (district) of Bayankhongor Province in southern Mongolia. First established by dividing the land of Jonon Van headland vassal people named after the idol mountain of the native Zalaajinst. The sum was first led by Goonsuren nicknamed Yamaan Deelt. 

The Shinejinst sum is popular for it’s white goats and the sum develops the most whitests and  most finest cashmere. Also it was considered the benchmark of high prices of cashmere in the country.  The sum covers 16501 km2 land and 2319 population.
