Baatsagaan

Baatsagaan is a sum (district) of Bayankhongor Province in southern Mongolia.  The sum central hub is called Bayansair. The sum is located 3000 m above sea level and surrounded by Ulaan Argalant, Khar Argalant, Nariin khar, Bilgekh, Khuvshikh, Kholboo mountains. If you travel 18 km to the north from Bayansair hub, you can reach to Boon Tsagaan lake and the sum has quite some rivers and spring-wells like Tsagaan gol, Jargalant, Dalan Turuu, Tsagaan burgast and etc. The sum cover 7447 км² land.
