Tsagaannuur

Tsagaannuur  is a sum (district) of Bayan-Ulgii Province in western Mongolia. Tsagaannuur soum was established in 1938. The Tsagaannuur village is located in the Mongolian Altai mountainous region, and it is bordered to the west and north of Russia and to the south-east of Ulaanhus and Nogoonnuur soums. The height of the sea is 2115 meters above sea level.
Currently, Tsagaannuur village has 9 bags in the territory of Nogoon soum and has 310 staffs with 12 units of organizations, more than 1,700 people, 390 households and 110001 heads of livestock.
