Sagsai

Sagsai is a sum (district) of Bayan-Ulgii Province in western Mongolia. Sagsai soum  was established in 1959. About 1200 households, more than 6,000 people and about 120.0 thousand livestock. At the southwest of Bayan-Ulgii soums - Ulgii, Bugat, Ulaankhus, Tsengel, Buyant sum - and China are located at 1750-3800 m above sea level. The total land area is 272.0 thousand hectares.

Sagsai sum is located:

• It is located 27 km from the province center.
