Gurvansaikhan is a sum (district) of Dundgovi Province in central Mongolia. The Gobi steppes comprise a total area of 554.9 km2. A large area of land, such as the Great Gashuun Khairkhan Mountain, Yarhi Mountains. It is bordered by Ulziit, Undurshil, Bayanjargalan and Govi-Ugtaal soums of aimags.
