Khangal is a sum (district) of Bulgan Province in northern Mongolia. Established in 1924. Khalgal soum center is located on Sukurt. The Khyalganat village (4th bag) is located about 25 km north of the soum center. There are 4 bags, 1338 households, and 4700 people. The territory belongs to the eastern part of Bulgan province and is bordered with Orkhon aimag, to the west, to Bugat soum, to the north, to Selet sum, to north, to Baruunburen soum, Selenge province. There is plenty of natural scenery.
