Munkhkhaan

Munkhkhaan is a sum (district) of Sukhbaatar Province in eastern Mongolia. The first Munkhkhaan mountain of Khan Khentii-Uul province was established in 1923, and it is considered that the first cause of the sum has been created.

It is geographically located in steppe zones, with valleys such as Munkhkhaan Mountain, Zaanshiree, Ulaanhaatar, Delgerchandmani and Bayanbayem. Tsagaan Us, New Water, Tseel and Khooloi Wells. We have rich mineral resources such as tungsten, iron ore, lead, zinc, copper, coal, and raw materials.
