Bayandelger is a sum (district) of Sukhbaatar Province in eastern Mongolia. Bayandelger sum was founded in 1925 in the western steppe camel herder's hand. The area is 7,100 km2 in the Gobi region, with a height of 1000-1200 meters. Orloi Gurvan Zeerd, Ongon Tavan Bulag, Uush Morin Khoshuu, Urguu Tavan Tolgoi, Urgon Tsagaan Ders, Toig teegiin Tal, Tugrug Guils Mountains and Duhum gobi, Duhum Bayan Ovoo, Ognon Sand, Shal, Hujirtiin Am, Dund Bulgiin tsoorhoi, Tsagaan bulag mountains, water, oceans, and sand dunes in the history of nature.  It has a population of 4,614.

The soum center is 150 km from Baruun-Urt, 600 km from Ulaanbaatar, 200 km from Sainshand, and the westernmost sum of the aimag. Bayandelger sum is one of the world's most famous sums with red goats.
