It is located at the head of Tsagaan river in Sagil soum of Uvs province. There are rock paintings of Neolithic age, famous not only in Mongolia but also in the world. The painting depicted wild mountain sheep and goats, camels, dogs, cows and people and it has the same historic value as the paintings in Khoid Tsenkher cave. One of the paintings depicted a cow is being shot by archery and a cow is being led by a person.
