Organizer Information
Asyel
My name is Asel Navikhan. I am an Academic Manager at a general education school with over 1,000 students in a small town in Western Mongolia. Alongside my educational career, I have been deeply involved in the tourism industry since my university years, with 18 years of professional experience as a translator and tour guide. Throughout these years, I have worked closely with both domestic and international travelers, sharing Mongolia’s breathtaking landscapes, rich cultural heritage, and authentic nomadic lifestyle with sincerity and respect. My greatest dream is to introduce the true Mongolia — a land of vast wilderness, living traditions, and deep harmony between humans and nature — to the world in a meaningful, responsible, and authentic way. I am honored to be the first female organizer of the Eagle Festival, and for the past eight years I have successfully led the Golden Eagle Release Ceremony, a unique cultural and conservation-focused event rooted in respect for wildlife and traditional values. Throughout all four seasons, I design and organize unique, unforgettable, and responsibly managed journeys based on nature, culture, and living heritage. My goal is to offer travelers genuine experiences of Mongolian nomadic life and eagle hunter traditions while ensuring safety, personal care, and cultural respect at every stage of the journey. I believe that true travel is not only about seeing places — it is about connecting hearts, cultures, and memories. Nothing brings me greater joy than seeing travelers leave Mongolia with warm smiles and lifelong memories.
