The mountain is a high mountain with less rocks. Early 1800s only men worship the mountain. It is said to be a mountain of only men so it is sometimes named as Guard mountain or State officials mountain. As it is located in steppe and a sole mountain in the area, people think that the mountain is good for sole son of families so men worship it by holding horse racing in early spring or summer months for centuries. Horse racing coach men climb up the mountain to encourage their enthusiasm. The area surrounding the mountain is an area to prepare horse racing and train their horses for Naadam festival.
