Delete your account

1. Guests

On the website, sign in and go to Account → Login & security → Delete account, then confirm with your password.

If you have upcoming bookings with a deposit paid, cancel them first so your refunds can be sent.

2. Providers in the MGuide Operator app

The MGuide Operator app (by TBSM LLC, for Mongolia Guide): open Profile → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.

If you own your company alone and it has open requests or trips ahead, finish them or ask us to move them first, so no guest is left without their booking. If other people are on your team, remove them or make one of them an owner first. The app lists what to finish.

3. By email

If you can’t sign in, write to info@mongolia-guide.com from the email address on your account with “Delete my account” in the subject line. We confirm it’s you and delete the account within 30 days.

4. What we delete

Your name, email, phone and photo, your sign-ins on all devices and your push notification tokens. For guests also your traveller profile and emergency contact, saved listings and lists, and newsletter subscription. You can’t sign in with that email again.

If you own a provider company alone, it is closed and all its listings are removed from the site. If you’re a team member, the company stays and only you are removed from the team.

5. What we keep

Booking, payment and payout records, kept for 5 years from the booking because the tax law requires it, then deleted. Messages and reviews stay in the booking’s history and on the listing, shown as from a deleted user.
