Share your documents. We check them in 2–3 working days.

Create listings in the app
Photos, route or rooms, prices and dates. Save drafts as you go.

Answer requests
Accept within the reply time. The guest then pays you in person on the trip.

How you get paid

Guests book online
They pay a deposit to Mongolia Guide that holds their place. If you decline or don’t answer, they get it back.
You collect the rest in person
Cash or transfer, on the first day of the trip, stay or rental. Mongolia Guide isn’t involved in that part.
Terms in your agreement
Commission and payment terms are set out in the provider agreement you sign with us before your first listing goes live.

What you’ll need

We check every provider before their first listing goes live. It usually takes 2–3 working days.

A phone with the MG Provider app
Answer requests, block dates and change prices — even with two bars of signal.
Your business or ID details
Company registration for operators; national ID for host families.
A driving licence, for drivers
We check it, and guests see “Licence checked” on your listing.
