Yurt in Nature - Horse riding with nomads
About this place
Experience real nomadic life in a traditional Mongolian yurt, 80 km from Ulaanbaatar. Stay with a herder family, ride horses across the steppe, try archery, herd sheep, see yaks, and hike in the beautiful mountains. Enjoy fresh dairy products and peaceful nature. This is a unique chance to explore authentic culture and make unforgettable memories.
Transportation and how to reach my home:
I can personally pick you up from Ulaanbaatar city or from the airport. We will travel together by car to my countryside home, where I host guests. The journey is comfortable and safe, and you can enjoy beautiful scenery along the way. I will make sure you arrive directly at my home without any difficulty.
If you prefer, I can also provide detailed directions in advance. Please feel free to contact me anytime for more information about transportation or your arrival.
My parents are among the last nomads of Mongolia. They move to different places throughout the four seasons, following the natural climate of each period. That’s why the photos you see here feature various locations. Mongolia experiences all four seasons, and summer is our busiest and most suitable time for hosting guests.
We are a nomadic herder family, and we welcome you to our summer home in the Mongolian countryside. You’ll stay in a private yurt with basic comforts.
Please note that the toilet is located outside and is eco-friendly. We offer hot water for washing and can provide a portable shower if requested.
We can arrange pickup and drop-off from Ulaanbaatar (for an extra fee), as well as guided horseback rides and short hikes.
This is a rustic, off-grid experience—perfect for nature lovers, photographers, and anyone looking to disconnect from busy city life
