Stay directly with a local nomadic family to experience their genuine lifestyle and traditions exactly as they are. Traditional Heritage & Culture: Enjoy a rare hands-on opportunity to learn how traditional Mongolian dairy products are made, and experience milking yaks and horses yourself. Personalized & Small-Scale: Tailored specifically for travelers seeking a quiet, meaningful, and deep connection with nature and local culture through intimate group sizes.
2. ​Base Rate & Inclusions (Homestay & Meals) Base Price: $35 USD per person / per night Included Services: Accommodation in a traditional nomadic ger / dwelling. Three home-cooked meals per day (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner). Complimentary coffee, tea, local yogurt, and fresh milk throughout your stay. (Please note: Horseback riding and excursions/transportation are entirely separate from this base rate).
3. ​Optional Activities & Excursions (Available at Additional Cost) Horseback Riding & Expeditions: All riding activities—including short daily trail rides and professional 5-to-7-day horseback expeditions—are always charged separately from the base accommodation rate. Iconic Landmarks & Sightseeing: Custom excursions to the region’s main historical and natural attractions—such as Erdene Zuu Monastery, Tuvkhun Monastery, and the majestic Orkhon Waterfall—are arranged upon request and are subject to additional tour fees.
4. ​Transportation & Logistics Location: Bat-Ulzii soum, Ovorkhangai province, Mongolia.

​By Local Public Transport:

Route: Ulaanbaatar to Bat-Ulzii soum (via large intercity bus).

Departure Point: Dragon Bus Terminal, Ulaanbaatar.

Schedule: Buses depart every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday strictly at 12:00 PM.

Ticket Price: 50,000 MNT per way (approximately $15 USD).

​Local Pick-Up & Drop-Off Service (Soum Center to Camp):

Once you arrive at the Bat-Ulzii soum center, we provide a private vehicle transfer to our camp, as well as the return transfer at the end of your stay.

Service Fee: $20 USD one-way / $40 USD round-trip.
