Khuvsgul Family Nest
About this place
Our family is based in Soyot 4th bag, Ulaan-Uul sum, Khuvsgul province—a remote yet breathtaking part of northern Mongolia. Ulaan-Uul, meaning “Red Mountain”, lies within the Darkhad Depression, a land of wide valleys, rivers, and surrounding mountain ranges. Khuvsgul is world-famous for its pristine wilderness, crystal-clear Lake Khuvsgul, and the reindeer-herding Tsaatan people who inhabit the taiga. From our home, you can enjoy authentic nomadic life in Khuvsgul and also journey deeper into the forested taiga to meet the Tsaatan, making your stay both cultural and adventurous.
