My name is Damys. I live with my wife and two children in Sagsai soum, Bayan-Ölgii province, a region famous for its eagle hunters and breathtaking nature. We are a traditional Kazakh nomadic family raising horses, sheep, goats, and cattle. Since 2019, we have been welcoming travelers who are interested in experiencing authentic nomadic life.
One of the highlights of staying with us is the opportunity to meet our golden eagle. You can take photos with the eagle and learn about the ancient tradition of eagle hunting passed down through generations. We are proud to share our way of life, including our daily routines, animal husbandry, and unique customs.
We also offer a variety of delicious Kazakh and Mongolian traditional meals, all made fresh upon request. Guests can enjoy home-cooked food while staying in a cozy ger (yurt) surrounded by vast open landscapes and mountain views.
