Urom

Urom is one kind of dairy products. It requires really extraordinary technic to be made and is so common in only Mongolians. It has really good taste and essentials.

The milk just coming from the goat, cow, or sheep is boiled until it gets foamed. After foam disappeared, there is urom upon the milk. More days you wait for, more urom you get. After separating the urom from the pot, split it into two sides and pour into the wooden board. It is how urom is made of. It is good to eat it by cutting it off or dry it in summer and freeze it in winter for the reserve.
