Fish meal

Mongolians used to eat fish from the Xianbi period. The record of the Secret History of the Mongols and other source documents, Rashid al Din and Plano Carpini, V.Rubruk urn, Chan Chun, was written about Mongolians widely using fish. Cooks make a variety of dishes, such as cooking, baking, cracking, dumplings, and puffs. It was also stored in a salty, lean and freeze-dried casserole, and the caviar was mixed with a little ghee and flour.
