The traditional food called eezgii is made of very fresh milk of cow, sheep or goat boiled while adding yogurt and airag until it gets out of fluid form, and then boil it for a half minute and dry on board. Moreover, many other kinds of meals can be mix of dried eezgii and cream. Eezgii has many efficient minerals for Mongolians who know the exact scheme to do because it is the mixed combination of many different form of dairy products. In addition, it is in significant use of the cure of liver or nerve aches.
