Zuunburen is a sum (district) of Selenge Province in northern Mongolia.  Zuunburen sum was founded in 1924, formerly Erdene Khan khoshuu of Tusheet Khan province. 2675 people live in 747 households. Total land area is 120494 hectares.
Before the Selenge Aimag:

Bordered by Selenge aimag, Tsagaannuur, Tushig, Khushaat, Sukhbaatar and Orkhon sum of Darkhan-Uul province. Physical geography is included in the Khentii mountain range and geomorphologically in the Orkhon-Selenge region of the mountain range.
